In the current landscape, the demand for real estate continues to grow. For example, in March-April 2015, there were 3,617 transactions in the Russian Federation, officially recognized as contracts for buying and selling residential, commercial, or administrative properties. By April-May 2020, this number rose to 3,075 transactions, marking a notable 5% increase in apartment transactions from 2015. The growth in business and administrative spaces per 1,000 residents is shown by the following metrics: - Total square footage available increased by 17.5% (14,345 sqm) from 2015 to 2018. - The number of transactions for premises per 1,000 residents, exceeding 100,000, decreased by 15.4% from 2018 to 2019. - Russian citizens own 17.5% of these premises. - The average cost of apartment ownership in the first half of 2020 was 1,075 1/2 acres, or 16,545 sqm. By the end of 2020, the Russian Federation is projected to be the first nation to meet the Committee's recommendations from the Third Millennium Development Program.
